We often complicate things by doing what we think we 'should' do instead of what we genuinely want. Or we miss out on doing what we really want because we feel guilty that we aren’t doing what we think we 'should' be doing.

We can prioritize better and say no a whole lot more. We can let go of the guilt and worry that consume our precious mental energy. We can be more present in our lives and stop feeling so darn stressed out and overwhelmed.
