You can lead stronger, perform better, and enjoy life so much more when you do.

In a world with so many demands and expectations, balance is a strategic move. You can work less and be more effective. You can slow down and enjoy your days more. You can lead by example by taking care of yourself and focusing on what truly matters, creating a positive ripple effect for others.

It starts with understanding that our well-being and happiness fuel performance and success—yet this is often sacrificed to ‘get the job done’. The traditional thinking that if we just work harder, we will be successful and then we'll be happy is backward and hurts performance. It's really hard to be your best when you feel exhausted and overwhelmed, pulled in too many directions, or sacrificing what really matters to you.

Because it is really hard to be your best when you are feeling overwhelmed and running on empty, scattered and pulled in so many directions, or always feeling guilty about letting someone down.

Stacey helps professionals be more balanced in life and as leaders. She supports them in having time and presence for what truly matters by becoming more self-aware, living their values, keeping strong boundaries, focusing on real priorities, saying ‘no’, navigating daily stressors, feeling less overwhelmed, and more. These shifts lead to a healthier work-life balance, well-being, and mental health.

It’s about building skills like focus, resilience, confidence, and mindfulness—essential in today’s fast-paced, ever-changing world. While you may not control everything happening around you, you can control how you think about it and how you respond.

You always have a choice.

Stacey is the author of Your Balanced and Bold Life, founder of The Balanced Leader™ Program, and a coach, speaker, and workshop facilitator. She helps others create more balance, less stress, and be their best—both at work and at home—even with constant demands and the messiness of everyday life.

"Feeling the grind of competing work and family demands"

A few years ago, while Stacey was on track for a bright future in her corporate career, she was spread way too thin and burning out—juggling competing work and family demands and missing the simple joys of daily life.

During the most demanding time in her corporate career, she made the decision to stop overworking—reducing her 60- to 80-hour workweeks to a regular schedule. The unexpected result? She performed even better! She learned how to set boundaries, prioritize effectively, focus on the right things, and say 'no' in ways that strengthened relationships. She even earned a promotion. After leaving her corporate role, she learned how to calm her busy mind and be fully present, which was another game-changer.

Stacey now runs her own business, focusing on professional coaching, consulting, and speaking—work she loves. She helps others succeed by leveraging their strengths, focusing on what truly matters, and becoming more balanced and resilient in their lives. Through shifting thinking and behaviors, she empowers others to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

While Stacey appreciates the fulfillment and flexibility of her business, she also recognizes that there were many ways she could have found greater meaning and balance in her previous roles. These insights, combined with her experiences, are now put to good use—helping others create more balance, happiness, and success in whatever matters most to them.

Stacey is a Certified Positive Psychology Coach (CPPC) through the School of Coaching Mastery and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is trained in EXPEDITION coaching skills through Destination Leadership and has extensive training in resilience, leadership, high performance, and mindfulness. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and previously held the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Stacey’s strongest value is being present with the people who matter most and in the moments that count. She lives in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada with her husband and kids, loves spending time at the lake, and is on a mission to empower more balance and less stress in our everyday lives and leadership.
