Stacey L. Olson is a Leadership and Positive Psychology Certified Coach and has more than 15 years of corporate experience. She works with leaders and professionals at all levels, many of who have the daily juggle of work, kids and rest of life -- all the things -- helping them to create more balance and less stress without sacrificing their performance.
Stacey has also gone through her own transformational change from being close to burning out trying to juggle her own demanding corporate career and family life to now thriving (even in the messiness of everyday life) and figuring out what it really takes to have it all. . . hint, you have to stop doing it all!
You can lead even stronger, perform even better, and enjoy life so much more when you do!
Through the choices we make each day, we are reinforcing or removing the limits of our personal and professional success. We can choose to change our thoughts and behaviors to take more control of our days and life rather than spinning our wheels or sacrificing what really matters to you.

Through the choices we make each day, we are reinforcing or removing the limits of our personal and professional success. We can choose to change our thoughts and behaviors to take more control of our days and life rather than spinning our wheels or sacrificing what really matters to you.
This starts with an understanding that our resilience, happiness and well-being — positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning and achievement — fuel our performance and success.
Yet this is what's often sacrificed to "get the job done". The traditional thinking that if we just work harder and put in more working hours, we will be successful and then we'll be happy, is backward and is actually undermining your performance and success.
Because it is really hard to be your best when you are feeling overwhelmed and running on empty, scattered and pulled in so many directions, or always feeling guilty about letting someone down.
It's building skills like resilience, mindfulness and focus that are needed more than ever in a fast-paced changing world. While you might not be able to control what's happening around you, you do have control over how you think about it and respond to what's happening. You always have a choice.
As a professional coach, Stacey's strength lies in building strong connections with clients and helping them to sort through the clutter to find a simpler and more fulfilling path forward so they can thrive no matter the circumstance.
Stacey empowers clients in uncovering what they really want and conquering the real obstacles that get in the way of their success. Asking the right questions and providing clients with tools and techniques to connect with their values, strengths and priorities, Stacey helps them take concrete action in pursuit of their goals and ambitions, and open their eyes to their own unique value and how to leverage it to create what they want most so they can feel happier, more balanced and perform at a high level.
Stacey spent more than ten years in progressively responsible leadership positions, primarily in project and portfolio management and enterprise-level strategy execution. Her considerable experience working with senior leaders and professionals at all levels was based on building strong partnerships and relying on effective leadership, communication and coaching to deliver results.
Her strongest value is family – her husbands and kids – and holds the belief that we can be successful in our career without sacrificing what's most important us by thinking and doing things differently.
After making the big jump from her corporate career, Stacey moved into professional coaching and consulting to focus on work she loves: helping others succeed by capitalizing on their strengths, creating more happiness in their work and life, and changing their thinking and behaviors to achieve more than they ever thought was possible.
Although she is grateful for the fulfillment and flexibility in her new career, Stacey now understands that there are many things she could have done differently to find more meaning and balance in her previous roles and our modern world of "busyness". Those insights and experience are now put to good use — helping others find more fulfillment, happiness and success in whatever matters most to them.
Stacey is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Certified Positive Psychology Coach (CPPC) through School of Coaching Mastery, trained in EXPEDITION coaching skills through Destination Leadership, as well as trains in resilience, leadership and mindfulness skills.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and former Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
