Stacey is a Certified Positive Psychology Coach and Leadership Coach, an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and has more than ten years of professional coaching experience, working with leaders at all levels.

Coaching is a process that empowers you to move from where you are to where you want to be by thinking and behaving more resourcefully. It is based on a relationship of mutual trust and confidentiality. We will get clear on your goals, uncover what you really want and what's getting in the way, and co-create strategies and action to move you forward — starting small and building momentum. Longer coaching engagements allow more time to tackle bigger goals, create your ideal professional and personal life, and instill habits and an environment that will support positive, sustainable change.

This is a customized 4–6 week engagement designed to help you and your team recalibrate how you think about and approach your work and your days so you can be more balanced, experience less stress and burnout, and still perform at a high level—even with constant demands and pressure.

You’ll set a more sustainable pace, get clear on your boundaries and priorities, strengthen communication, improve mental health and well-being, and more. It includes: An individual assessment, customized team sessions based on results, and strategic advisory session with leadership to make lasting change.

The Big Shift: Focus Your Time, Balance Your Life is a recorded 3 part transformational workshop series that guides you along the process of focusing your time and creating more balance in your life. This was an annual event ran for six years and now available on-demand. It includes 3 x 50-minute workshops, a powerful workbook and Q&A recorded sessions, drawing on the book, Your Balanced and Bold Life: Work Less, Live More, and Be Your Best.
